Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on multiple factors such as holidays, weekends and carrier delays.

Return Policy
At Nureva, we stand behind our product and are committed to providing you with a seamless, effective experience. While we are confident in the quality and benefits of our device, we understand the need for clear refund guidelines. Please carefully review the following policy to ensure a smooth process should the need for a return arise.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date your Nureva device is delivered. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All components, accessories, and manuals must be included and unopened.
- Due to the personal nature of health devices, any opened or used product cannot be refunded.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
All orders are carefully inspected before shipping, ensuring that faulty devices are highly uncommon.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that all items have undergone a vigorous inspection to ensure you receive the best quality.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale items or discounted products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
Request a Return
Contact us at info@getnureva.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
